Iridium Real Estate has officially confirmed its Platinum Partnership with the BSM Group for their upcoming New Metro City Gujar Khan project.
The partnership agreement was signed at Head Office of New Metro City in Kharian. Present at the meeting were Iridium GM Sales & Operation Chaudhary Zubair, Iridium Manager Real Estate Raja Waqar Jillani, and BSM Group Executive Director Zaroon Malik.
Iridium Real Estate has officially started booking for New Metro City Gujar Khan's residential plots, as confirmed by Iridium's GM Sales and Operations Chaudhary Zubair.
The New Metro City project is located on Main Grand Trunk road in Gujar Khan, Rawalpindi district. The project has quickly captured interest from various real estate investors due to being backed by BSM Group, a renowned real estate development player in the market.
The price listings for the New Metro City have also been revealed, which are being promoted as 2-year installment plan.
Plot prices for the New Metro City Gujar Khan are as follows:
5 Marla — Rs. 1,990,000
7 Marla — Rs. 2,790,000
10 Marla — Rs. 3,790,000
1 Kanal — Rs. 6,990,000
It is pertinent to mention that these prices do not include any development charges whereas other details are as follows:
